Introduction

This PipFarm review finds a registered but unregulated firm with cheap challenges, detailed rules and a mixed payout record. PipFarm launched in June 2023. Its legal entity is ECI Ventures Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore under UEN 202329954C. It sells evaluations on cTrader only. Traders use simulated accounts and earn a share of simulated profits. The money is not a real-capital allocation.

Will PipFarm pay you when you profit? Probably, if you follow every rule. The terms allow payouts even after some breaches. But the Pip Protector, consistency scores and “toxic trading” reviews give the firm wide room to delay or reject a request. Some traders report exactly that. No independent source has verified PipFarm’s payout totals.

Under TraderVerified’s five-factor prop intelligence methodology, PipFarm scores 62.5 out of 100. That is Silver Standard, at the low end. Research date: 7 November 2026.

Capital Architecture & Legal Framework

PipFarm Review: Capital Architecture and Legal Framework

PipFarm is a Singapore-registered business running a simulated model. We found no financial licence or regulator. One review site notes that no licence or regulator information is available. Several sources give the same company number. Trustpilot lists the address as 68 Circular Road, Singapore. We could not query Singapore’s company registry directly, so the registration rests on those matching sources. The firm was founded by James Glyde, a former cTrader and broker executive.

Here is how the model works:

  • Accounts: Both the challenge and the funded stage use virtual funds. They run on live market data.
  • Platform: cTrader only, with market data from TopFX.
  • Payout funding: PipFarm does not disclose how it pays traders. It does not say whether trades are copied to live markets. We treat both as unknown.
  • Geography: One trader reports that US residents were banned in September 2025. Another site says the firm is not available to US traders. We could not verify the full restricted-country list.

The main transparency gaps are the missing regulator, the undisclosed liquidity partners and the undisclosed funding of payouts.

Account Tiers & Challenge Ecosystem

Account Tiers and Challenge Costs

Entry is cheap, and the ladder is long, but fees are not refundable by default. Fees start at $50 for a $5,000 account. One review reports up to $1,550 for a $300,000 one-step trailing account. Sources disagree on size limits. One April 2026 guide lists challenge sizes only to $150,000. Others list $300,000.

There are four formats:

  • 1-Stage: 12% target.
  • 2-Stage: Targets depend on mode, from 6%/6% to 9%/6%.
  • Instant: No challenge, but strict payout limits.
  • One Step Light: A 6% target with no minimum trading days, for purchases from 23 September 2026. The $100,000 account costs $550.

The prop firm challenge cost for the flagship $100,000 two-step is $320 before discounts, according to Propvator’s July 2026 list. Propvator is an affiliate partner of PipFarm, so treat that as a lead, not an audit.

Hidden prop firm fees are mostly optional add-ons. A fee-refund add-on, a skip-minimum-days add-on and a swap-free add-on each cost 10% of the price. Faster payout cycles are also paid add-ons. One source lists a commission of $6 at Rank 0. It does not state the unit.

Instant funding prop firm accounts run from $2,500 to $150,000, with a 6% payout target and a 90-day clock that resets after each payout.

Prop firm scaling plan: Traders can scale up to eight times, to a $1,500,000 maximum. The size of each step depends on XP rank, from 10% to 60% of the starting balance. The same source caps a trader at five challenge accounts totaling $300,000.

$100,000 Benchmark

Firm (2-step, $100K) Fee Targets Daily / Max loss
PipFarm $320 6–9% / 5–6% by mode 3% / 9% static
FTMO $540 10% / 5% 5% / 10% static
The5ers $545 8% / 5% 5% / 10% static
FundingPips $555 8% / 5% 5% / 10%

FTMO and The5ers figures come from published price listings. FundingPips’ targets and 10% limit come from a hands-on comparison. The peer sample is small and partner-selected. In Propvator’s ten-firm list the median fee is about $534. PipFarm is cheaper, but its 3% daily limit is tighter.

Evaluation Rules & Fine Print

PipFarm Rules and Fine Print

The rules are published in detail, but they are complex and give the firm room for judgment. Daily loss is 3% of the prior end-of-day reference, which is the higher of balance or equity. The day resets at 22:00 GMT. Static drawdown is 6% on one-stage and 9% on two-stage. Sources disagree on trailing drawdown: one April 2026 guide says 9%, while others say 12%. Check the live terms.

Key restrictions:

  • Modes: Classic needs three trading days. Endurance needs three profitable days. Consistency caps your best day’s share of profit at 30% (one-stage) or 40% (two-stage). These also apply to payouts.
  • Pip Protector: On funded accounts, a 2% loss within a risk window closes trades and records a strike. Strike 2 permanently halves your profit share. Strike 3 ends the account and forfeits profits.
  • Gaps: Profit from price gaps above 0.2% is deducted.
  • Hedging: Hedging across accounts, including at other firms, means immediate disqualification.
  • Flags: “Toxic trading” is not a hard rule. PipFarm flags patterns and may apply probation.
  • Allowed: News trading, weekends, overnight holds and cTrader bots. HFT is banned.
  • Inactivity: Close a trade every 28 days.

PipFarm rules on payouts: Requests take up to two business days to review, with trading paused. Payment follows within two more. The default interval is 30 days, or 7 or 14 days with add-ons. Minimums run from 1% to 3% of the balance. KYC is required. A $5,000 cap applied in earlier terms. A headline on The Godfunded says the cap was dropped for accounts bought from 1 November 2026. We could not read the full terms to confirm.

Terms also change often. Traders complained about a payout-day change announced the night before. Scaling rules changed in April 2026. One Step Light changed in September 2026.

Payout Reliability & Reputation

PipFarm Payout Reliability and Trader Reputation

The evidence points to material uncertainty, not proven wrongdoing.

Reviews are polarized. A cached Trustpilot page showed 68% five-star and 24% one-star reviews. It also carried a notice that the rating was hidden over a guidelines breach and that fake reviews had been removed. That notice may not reflect the current page. Other regional pages show about 4.0 from roughly 375 reviews.

Complaints repeat. One April 2026 reviewer says a payout was approved, then delayed for weeks past a bank holiday. Others cite shifting reasons such as interviews, KYC and device checks. PipFarm replied that shared-device use without explanation was treated as unauthentic trading. Positive reviews describe smooth, regular payouts. We cannot verify either side.

The most useful independent event is a dispute with Prop Firm Match. The site delisted PipFarm in October 2025. CEO Glyde said its final request, for written commitments and legal undertakings, went beyond what is reasonable. Prop Firm Match said it offers an optional payout-data link and would not share specifics. Finance Magnates noted that PipFarm did not appear to fit the group of firms delisted for severe operational problems.

PipFarm also announced that a Singapore court dismissed a legal claim against ECI Ventures on 17 June 2026. That is the firm’s own account. We did not see court records.

Company payout certificates and testimonials are marketing. We found no independent payout tracker for PipFarm.

Strengths & Weaknesses

Strengths

  • Low entry fees: $320 for a $100K two-step
  • 365-day challenge limit, news and weekend trading allowed
  • Payout continues after some breaches if sustainability rules are met
  • Profit split rises from 70% with XP rank
  • Detailed published rules
  • Responsive to public reviews

Weaknesses

  • No regulator; payout funding undisclosed
  • 3% daily loss, tighter than 5% peers
  • Pip Protector strikes can halve splits or forfeit profits
  • Starts at 70%, below some rivals
  • Frequent rule changes; sources conflict
  • Recurring payout-delay complaints; no independent payout data

Verdict

PipFarm earns 62.5/100, Silver Standard. Low fees, published rules and a long time limit support the score. Weak independent payout proof, rule complexity and unresolved complaints hold it back.

Best for: cTrader users, small budgets and disciplined traders who track every rule. Poor fit for: US residents, MetaTrader users, high-leverage scalpers and anyone needing fast, certain payouts.

Unresolved risks: undisclosed payout funding, discretionary enforcement and frequent rule changes. PipFarm ranks as cheaper than comparable rivals but behind the best-documented firms on payout proof.

PipFarm appears to be a functioning, legitimately registered simulated-trading firm, but traders should treat payouts as conditional and unverified until independent evidence improves.

Staff Insight

Staff Insight

This is an independent desk-based editorial assessment. TraderVerified did not test the platform, interview staff or audit payouts. We also could not load pipfarm.com directly. Rule details come from a help-center-based guide updated 12 April 2026, plus later news items. Some terms may have changed.

Entity transparency: Good on name and address, weak on regulation and funding.

Marketing versus contract: “Payout Protection” sounds broad. The contract ties it to sustainability checks and a minimum payout.

Conflicts of interest: The firm earns fees from failed challenges, which every evaluation model shares. XP and add-ons deepen that reliance. Many review sites also earn affiliate fees.

Support: Public replies are fast. Reviewers also allege Discord bans after complaints.

Execution: cTrader is a credible platform. Liquidity partners are undisclosed. Slippage complaints are isolated.
