Introduction
This Pivex review finds a real, operating simulated-account prop firm. Its payout record is unproven by independent audit, and its contract is vaguer than its marketing. Pivex, which also trades as Pivex Funded, launched publicly in July 2025. It sells a one-step challenge on MatchTrader through VITIORIA LIMITED, registered in Cyprus.
Will Pivex pay you when you profit? It may. Some traders report payouts, and the firm advertises an 80% split. But its Terms of Use, as reported by The Industry Spread, state no split, no deadline and no minimum. A 50% consistency rule, a 6% equity-based loss limit and the firm’s right to label a strategy “prohibited” can all block a withdrawal. Under TraderVerified’s five-factor prop intelligence methodology, Pivex scores 49 out of 100, a Bronze Standard rating. The main concerns are unaudited payout claims, two legal names and gaps between marketing and contract.
Research date: 27 October 2026. This is a desk-based assessment. TraderVerified did not buy or trade a Pivex account.
Capital Architecture & Legal Framework
Is Pivex Legit?
Pivex is a legal business that sells simulated trading accounts, not access to real investment capital. Its own terms say the notional funds are fictitious, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be used for real trading. The company says it is not a broker and has no direct financial regulator.
The Terms of Use name VITIORIA LIMITED, registration HE 477841, at an address in Nicosia. A registry reprint updated 15 October 2026 lists the company as active since 11 July 2025. It names JURIBEST LIMITED as director. The firm’s public launch release is dated 4 July 2025, a week earlier. We could not resolve that gap. One third-party listing gives a December 2024 founding date. We could not verify it.
Two other discrepancies stand out:
- The about page says Pivex Funded is operated by ALTEXX DIGITAL CORP. of Delaware. That name is absent from the contract.
- Some pages give a Limassol address for the same Cyprus company number.
Pivex says it is not related to Pivex Group LTD in the UK. No individual owners are named. Azamat Kalam is identified as Chief Product Officer in the launch release.
Pivex says traders use MatchTrader with up to 1:30 leverage. We found no named broker, liquidity provider or bridge partner. BrokerListings claims payouts come from the firm’s own fees. We found no evidence either way, so we treat that as an unresolved question. The terms exclude North Korea, Iran, Myanmar and Russia. US access is unclear, because the 2025 release said US residents were not onboarded while another page names a Delaware entity.
Account Tiers & Challenge Ecosystem
Joining costs $49.99 a month, or $199 once, for the smallest account. Pivex sells one challenge in two payment models. Pivex Classic is a one-time fee. Pivex Membership rebills every 30 days.
Prices below come from PropFirmMap. The Industry Spread saw euro signs on the monthly cards on 18 October 2026, so confirm the currency at checkout.
| Account | Classic (one-time) | Classic with WELCOME promo | Membership (monthly) |
|---|---|---|---|
| $10,000 | $199 | $99 | $49.99 |
| $25,000 | $399 | $199 | $99.99 |
| $50,000 | $599 | $299 | $199.99 |
| $100,000 | $1,099 | $549 | $299.99 |
| $200,000 | $1,999 | $999 | Not offered |
Hidden prop firm fees deserve a close look. A failed Membership challenge does not stop billing, and the fee cannot be paused. Four months of the $100,000 Membership costs $1,199.96, which exceeds the $1,099 Classic fee. A Classic fee returns only after the third funded reward, and only on request. Optional add-ons raise the split to 90%, shorten payout waits or remove the minimum-days rule.
Pivex offers no instant funding. It has a single evaluation step. The Pivex prop firm scaling plan adds 30% to the account after a 15% simulated return, up to $1,000,000. The terms cap same-strategy capital, including related accounts, at $400,000.
To benchmark the $100,000 account, we used a four-firm sample from PropFirmMap. It is a small peer group, not an industry median.
| Firm | Price | Target | Daily loss | Max loss | Split | Consistency |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pivex | $1,099 | 10% | 4% static | 6% static | 80% | 50% |
| Capital Mint Markets | $699 | 10% | 3% static | 6% static | 80% | 30% |
| Tradexprop | $795 | 10% | 5% | 6% static | 80% | 45% |
| Nordic Funder | $850 | 10% | 5% EOD balance | 6% trailing | 80% | Not published |
Pivex has the highest standing fee in this sample. The promotional price of $549 undercuts all three, but promotions rotate.
Evaluation Rules & Fine Print
The core Pivex rules are simple. The details can still end an account. A trader must reach a 10% profit target without losing more than 4% in a day or 6% overall. Both limits are static and measured on equity, so open losing trades count immediately. Commissions and swaps also count.
Other conditions apply:
- Minimum days: The pricing cards say five. The terms, as read by The Industry Spread, say three.
- Consistency: PropFirmMap reports that no single day may exceed 50% of realized profit, in both stages. The Industry Spread describes the cap as applying to the largest trade. Either way, it blocks rewards rather than closing the account.
- Prohibited methods: Grid trading, stacking, martingale, cross-account hedging and trades closed within 30 seconds are banned. The firm may also decide a strategy is prohibited and refuse a refund.
- News and weekends: News trading is allowed in the challenge. On funded accounts, trades cannot open or close within five minutes of major releases. Weekend holding is allowed.
- Inactivity: Thirty days without a trade can deactivate an account. Membership accounts are exempt during the challenge.
- Margin: Open margin per instrument group is capped at 70% of balance.
KYC and a signed trader agreement come before the funded stage. Disputes go to individual arbitration under Cyprus law, with a class-action waiver. The mismatch between three and five minimum days is the type of discrepancy that can cost a trader a payout.
Payout Reliability & Reputation
Pivex payouts are plausible but not independently proven. The firm lists a 14-day reward cycle, a $50 minimum and processing of up to five business days. Its contact page claims weekly payouts within 24 hours. The terms set no clock beyond a review every 14 days.
Pivex’s homepage shows a top reward of $12,160, an average of $3,455 and more than 30,000 customers. The footer calls that performance hypothetical. We found no audited payout total or bank-verified proof. The “Most Reliable Prop Firm 2025” award came from a review site, and BrokerListings says that site earns affiliate income.
Reputation signals conflict:
- pivex.com on Trustpilot: 4.4 from 1,585 reviews, 65% five-star and 7% one-star. The profile is a paid subscription that invites reviews. It is categorized as education, and many reviews praise lessons and support. Some individual reviewers report payouts.
- pivexfunded.com on Trustpilot: PropFirmMap reports 2.3 from a handful of mostly one-star reviews on an unclaimed profile.
- Independent reviewers: PropFirmMap grades Pivex C, at 4.8 out of 10. BrokerListings calls it high risk but says it is not a scam. The Industry Spread found contract gaps.
We found no regulatory action or litigation. Complaints and an unclear contract do not prove misconduct.
Strengths & Weaknesses
Strengths
- One-step evaluation, no time limit
- Static drawdown on both limits
- Cheap monthly entry at $49.99
- Weekend holding and news trading in the challenge
- Candid that accounts are simulated
- Documented rules with examples
Weaknesses
- Highest standing Classic fee in peer sample
- 80% split absent from the terms
- Membership rebills after a failed attempt
- Minimum days differ: three versus five
- Two legal names, differing addresses
- No audited payout evidence
Verdict
Pivex scores 49.25 out of 100, which rounds to 49 and places it in the Bronze Standard band. The score reflects real rules and credible operations, offset by unproven payouts and contract inconsistencies.
Pivex may suit traders who want a low-cost monthly entry and can trade within a 50% consistency rule. It suits poorly anyone who needs a contractually guaranteed split, a regulated counterparty or a long public track record. The key unresolved risks are payout proof, the legal-entity question and the contract gaps. Against the peers we sampled, Pivex is mid-pack on rules and expensive on standing price.

Staff Insight
Staff Insight
This is a desk-based editorial assessment. We ran no firsthand tests and held no staff interviews.
Entity transparency is mixed. The contract names one company, while another page names a second. Marketing and contract diverge on the split, payout clock, refund and minimum days. The firm may call strategies prohibited, and refunds hinge on that call. A structural conflict also exists. Membership revenue continues while traders fail. Support gets praise from reviewers, and the company replies to negative Trustpilot reviews. We found no execution data, such as spreads or slippage.

Score reliability is limited. We could not open the Terms of Use directly, and relied on The Industry Spread’s reading of them. We also lacked independent payout data.
